Your care work counts. Now it gets rewarded.
Do you work and raise children or care for relatives?
What is Project Care‑Coin?
A think tank at the intersection
of private care work and
digital economy.
The aim is to explore new ways in which society and the economy can acknowledge the invisible work of parents and family caregivers.

At the core are questions such as:
How can care work be represented as value?
What stories do we tell about care, time, and overload?
What role can technology – including blockchain – play without overwhelming people?
As an artistic project, Project Care‑Coin has the greatest possible freedom: it can speculate, fail, rethink, and take unconventional paths.
In this way, narratives, prototypes, and scenarios emerge that often do not fit into traditional market or funding logics – but are crucial to reframe structural questions of fairness, time, and value.
How might this look in the future?
In the long term, the insights from the project may lead to a system in which care work becomes visible and rewardable as a value of its own.
Let’s make care work measurable, comparable, and rewardable – for a better work–life balance.
Who is this for?
Working Moms & Dads
For working parents who juggle childcare, household tasks, and careers.
Family Caregivers
For everyone who provides care for relatives alongside their job and
deserves recognition.
Employers and Partners
For companies that want to value and support the care work of their employees and customers.
Project Care‑Coin is an open space for research, exchange, collaboration and experimentation, in which different formats can emerge.
It operates at the boundary between art, social research, technological innovation, and social experiment.
Alongside the artistic direction, advisors, mentors, and co-thinkers contribute their expertise – from blockchain and digital literacy to care policy.

Founder
Project Care‑Coin was initiated by Hanna Koch. Hanna comes from an art background and works with the conviction that art can shape the world when you expand the context and do not work for the market.
In Project Care‑Coin, she brings together creative marketing, research, care experience, and technology. Instead of designing a product “for customers”, the project opens a space in which care work, digital economy, and blockchain can be rethought and experimented with collectively in order to develop solutions together.
